Performed in Wigmore Hall, Royal Albert Hall, Musikverein Vienna, Concertgebouw Amsterdam and Cite de la Musique Paris, Christiane enjoys a varied performing career on the most exciting stages all over Europe and the UK. She performs regularly with Academy of Ancient Music, Orchestra of The Age of Enlightenment and Classical Opera/The Mozartists on which she has appeared on numerous recordings.
Performance Highlights of 2019 include Mozart Magic Flute with film relay from Glyndebourne Opera Festival, playing Grieg with Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra (2020 before covid-19 struck), and a live tour throughout the UK including Ireland with Sophie Ellis-Baxtor.
A keen chamber musician, Christiane plays in several chamber groups specialising in historical performance, including Freithoff Ensemble (Norway), Royal Baroque (UK) and Istante (UK).
As a modern player, Christiane is collaborating with the Norwegian accordionist Ida Løvli Hidle. To listen to some of their projects press here.
